We focused these two question after our meeting with Eroğlu Holding Company. Our research period took us to the gobek salad.
Our brand aims to expand abroad and to appeal to tourists in our country, so we have created a new word mixed turkish and english then revealed the name Gobbeck. During the logo design phase, the consumption process of the salad was imagined.
When we eat salad, those juicy ingredients suddenly swell up our “belly” and then it slowly returns to its normal state. The logo has come to represent this stage and the satisfaction on our faces after eating a nice salad with plenty of sauce.
